Pizza Hut - Bad management!
I ordered pizza and ice cream from the Williams pizzahut location(manager on duty at the time is named Kyle. When the driver came he came to the back door for whatever reason so I asked him to come to the front door because I have my foot in a cast and the back lane is sketchy. he took forever to come to the front then forgot my ice cream so told me I had to pay up front and he will come bring it back. so I called customer service and was told I will have it redelivered and a credit for 2 free ice creams next time I order. then I got a call from the manager who apparently just got in saying I called yelling about ice cream which I certainly did not yell or was even rude. I then thr manager asked if I still wanted my ice cream in a rude tone and I said yes and he said well its either u get it now or u get the credit. so waited at least 30 mins for the redelivery and the manager was super rude. not impressed at all!

User's recommendation: go do a dif location if the Manger Kyle is working!

While talking to customer service thr chat stopped working and appears ive been blocked even though I wasnt allowed to say anything

Over the summer and since the pandemic hit ive been trying to self isolate as much as possible which has caused alot of deliveries. I tried ordering from skip but the app wasn't working so I found uber eats and that worked but I like that skip has some places the others done. I tried ordering skip tonight to have my money removed from my account and NOW they say my account has been flagged because I had the audacity to ask for a refund when items didn't arrive or were spoiled. Now im told I wont get money back for a few days and im banned from ordering off skip which is a huge mistake on their part. I order for friends, parents and neighbors all the time and spend alot on it.

User's recommendation: Skip over this app and order from else where.

Ubereats - Food issue

I ordered food and there was *** on my sandwich wrapper and the pickles leaked all over. It was disgusting. I thought I was refunded but then the refunded amount was taken back so not sure what happened but id like Uber eats credits instead of a refund this time have a better way to contact you
