i sent them an email for deleting my account but i haven't received any answer yet. its been 3 weeks. User's recommendation: Stay away from this site.

For us to close/delete your account, kindly send an email to manager@***.com to request for the deletion of your account.

Please be informed that the account will completely be deleted after 30 days from the time that you sent an email. Please take note that for us to delete your account, all your active orders need to be closed or canceled first.
