Fashionmia - Great customer service.

I had contact with the dispute team . A very nice employee ( Sunny ) , Wrote to me, and asked that i chose , a different item. and they would send that instead. I found a cpl of items, and wrote back. I recieved a very prompt , and helpfull reply. I have had a very positive , result, and can say that Fashionmia will help and clear up any problems.. Thank you Sunny !! I decided to replace the 2 shirts i found, and found a few replacements, and was informed that they would ship out , and keep me updated on the tracking . Fashionmia, has steped up the customer care. Remember there is a time zone difference, and also different holidays, acts of nature, etc . Yes i even forget that stuff happens.. I am pleased with this company. They are trying hard.

Fashionmia - Lack of customer service / Who ever answers the emails i send CAN NOT UNDERSTAND them !!!

I have had to orders , that never showed up ( much to fashionmia`s ) assurance, that i did get my orders. Order # B185****, $ 10.58. AND Order # B188****, $ 79.75 . Do Not shop and or Buy anything from this Scam / Fake so called clothing company.You spend your hard...

Fashionmia - NO REFUND ! AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company just sucks HAve NO respect for long and VIP ( former ) customers who have SPENT almost $ 2,000.00 dollers here ! Lame and *** excuses ......... Bald outright LIES ! THIS COMPANY AND THE EMPLOYEES SURPASS YOU KNOW WHO , AS THE ( *SO CALLED PRES * ) IN THE U.S.A. ! AS THE BIGGEST LIRES AND CHEATS , SCAMERS, EVER ! THIS COMPLAINT IS TO LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT A *** AND DISRESPECTFUL , SO CALLED COMPANY THIS REALLY IS THIS COMPANY IS EVEN WORSE THAN UNITED AIRLINES My self and LOTS of other customers of this scam , and BAIT AND SWTTCH , deals... was worthy of bilking the common trusting consumer No one ever even shows up to answer the e-mails and or ship your orders.

Fashionmia - No Order has arrivied

Order # I guess you will have to issue me a refund on this order.. It has been Way to long , for this order..Just send me a refund of my $ 79.75, Please !! This is not right, 2 plus months , and still nothing !! ( I do NOT believe that it takes 31+ days for shipping .. I would like a refund, as i can NOT wait any longer !! This is the worst customer service i have ever had to deal with .. After almost $ 2,000.00 worth of orders , to this company. I get treated like ***.., you got my money, so i guess i`m out payment.. All i ever get are lame excuses, and No action !!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!! they do not care about the customers !!!!!!

I waited for 2 months for my dress and I needed for New Year... the costumer service is very bad and this company has to improve a lot !!!

But at the end I received my package with my dress, and there was a person who followed me perfectly... but anyway I payed for 5 days tracking and I felt like I lost my money... if I would give 5 stars for the dress, I will because the dress is fantastic and I love it!!

But I can't give 5 stars for the service... I'm sorry!

Fashionmia - Still waiting for an order placed on 2017-03-07

No updated tracking ! Been getting a bunch of lame escuses and lies from Customer service reps who susposedly work for this company.. i keep e-mailing and get nothing but *** , excuses.. the latest one ( i think ) is that after 10 MORE days of waiting , then maybe the company will reship and or give a refund ( Like i am going to have to deal with a 2-3 month or longer wait ! ( again ) !!!!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!! AND SHOP LOCAL !!! waste of time ( a BIG WASTE OF TIME ) dealing with this no class , internet store... Let me try to explain , to all who will hopefully read this complaint !!! about the employees at this so called company.. that 70+ days for shipping and customs , clearence is NOT ACCEPABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!! I Figured out that this package was either LOST and or siezed by customs.. ( I guess i won`t order anything else, here.. ) Pity in a way, this place had some very nice clothes.. But concern for the PAYING customer , is not evident , after all the *** excuses i have gotten... WARNING !!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS INTERNET STORE !!!!!!!!!! Resolved: Fashionmia - Still waiting for my orders ( and my refund ) !!!

This company sucks.. I have tried to buy items here, But the LONG LONG LONG WAIT !!!!!!!! for my items, and or refunds , is just so unfair.. Avoid this company !! they have some cute clothes, but the sizes are very very small , and of course, the lack of employees who are susposed to be " working " at their assigned jobs, just could care less ! Once this so called " company " has your hard earned money, then the customer has to put up with miss directed ( delivered ) items AS IN I NEVER GOT MY ORDER ! which cost me $ 10.53.. I complained and got lame excuses..Canceled orders ( after waiting 4 + weeks , and NO shipping out my order... Stay away !! DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!!!
