I ordered an online item from a merchant on March 29, 2021 and was charged $25.27 on March 29, 2021 and it was posted to the credit card account on the march 31, 2021. I called Mission Lane Card Services on April 1, 2021 to dispute the charge as I cancelled the order on March 29, 2021 within 24 hours of ordering it. I contacted the merchant and let them know that I cancelled the order, but the merchant has failed to acknowledge (via emails), that I cancelled the order. The merchant still charged my credit card for the amount in question even though I told them to "cancel the order within "ten minutes" after I ordered it. I called to speak with a Mission Lane representative this morning April 1, 2021, and the rep I spoke with did not file a dispute, I was hung up on and she was rude and indifferent to my right to file a dispute as an American Consumer in accordance with the FCRA, and in accordance with the FTC consumer laws and protection division.

Reported a outside security light out here at Windwood Manor Apartments (For seniors and the disabled), 18 apartments only, in Collins, Mississippi and southern pines has yet to repair/replace the light. The outage was reported at 5:30 am on Friday morning, February 5, 2021 and seniors and disabled people need the light to shine so they can see where they are going outside when walking their pets or doing whatever they need to do outside at night.

User's recommendation: Poor quality of service.

Ollo credit card not working

The website does not work, and the Ollo mobile app does not work. When I log on both, it does "nothing", been doing it for several days. Does it on desktop and android( smart phone), does it using firefox, windows edge, and chrome browsers.

If there are customers in the store waiting. Why would an employee let you cut the line, instead of helping the customers inside the store first.

My Bank did credit my card back for the wrong part, so the only ones who lost anything was Parts Geek, who lost customers.

I ordered a very important part for my vehicle on December 6, 2020. They sent me email notice with a tracking number showing it was on it's way, but when it is delivered it is the wrong part. I ordered a idle air control air valve connector (or pig tail), but they sent me a "light connector". When I called them I spoke with 5 reps, they were rude, and didn't seem to care that they sent the wrong part, and three of them hung up on me, and when I complained (which is my right as a consumer), they got sassy and they told me to reorder the part I needed. I told them they should just send me the part part instead of me having to go to website and "reorder" the part. I ask them to send me a pre-paid return label and I will send the wrong part back. they wanted to pass the buck and they didn't seem to care, wow how are they still in business with thaT TYPE OF ATTITUDE? Their MANAGER SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THAT, WHEN i ASKED to SPEAK TO THEIR SUPERVISOR OR THEIR MANAGERS, i WAS REFUSED. I told them I have ordered several parts in a row that has been returned because they sent the wrong parts that I "did not" order. Incompetence to say the least.

I received a letter on October the 26 stating that my colonoscopy was due and for me to contact the clinic. SO I tried to call them 4 times, and I could never speak to the person (Debbie), who left me a message on my voice mail to call her and set it up. So when I called (4 times), a person by the mane of (Ashley), answered the phone and she would never put me through to speak to Debbie, said she was always on the phone. So she and I had communication problems after that, so she told me on the phone that they would not do it because of communication problems (on their part). she was rude, and very nasty on the phone. I have been using them for about 5 years now, so I will contact another one, they are a dime a dozen. Address being; 100 Methodist BLVD, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, 39402.

User's recommendation: Do not use Hattiesburg G.I Associates.

A Rep from southern pine electric called me today and said she was on top of the complaint after she heard it was being submitted to different online reviews as negative reviews, and reported to The Mississippi Public Service Commission that regulates utility companies in the State of Mississippi. SO we will wait and see. I will update when the security light has been repaired or replaced.

Someone needs to repair this light at Windwood Manor Apartments for Seniors and the Disabled in Collins Mississippi. The security suppose to light up the sidewalk where people can see how to walk at night. If someone gets hurt by falling down cause the light is out, then legal action will be taken. The light stays off more than it stays on It has already been reported twice already. In a month? There are " no" excuses for not repairing it. I will be submitting negative reviews to yelp, pissedconsumer.com, public service commission in jackson, as well as other online venues. The security light needs to be repaired ASAP at Windwood Manor Apts in Collins, Mississippi so seniors and the disabled can see how to walk outside their apts at night.

I never did receive any eye glasses in the mail, so they lied. I went to another doctor, and the insurance reversed the charges they were charged for the glasses and the appointment. The new eye doctor is getting me my glasses now.

I have been using the Green Eye Institute for over about 18 years(now I will be changing), and they called me yesterday (August 12, 2020),to let me know that my prescription glasses are ready and I can pick them up on the August 13, 8:30am. (102 E Hospital Dr, Hattiesburg, MS 39402). SO I went there this morning to pick them up and I was greeted at the door by a female employee checking my temperature and when I came in she said I had to wait in a chair, but I forgot to get my mask in the truck, so I walked back to my truck to get my mask, then when I got back, there was a male employee in the lobby (waiting room), and ask me to wait outside, when I asked him why?, he said quote," Because there are too many people in here", lolll and there was only two of us in the waiting room. So I told him I was there to pick up my glasses that were paid for by my insurance and he said "I had to wait outside", so I just left and told him to "stick the glasses in where the sun don't shine". SO I called the insurance company and they called them, and the rep told me that Green Eye Institute rep said they were mailing my glasses to me. So, well see if I get them in the mail.Do not use Green Eye Institute.
