I ordered some merchandise on December 14, 2021 and I still have not received the merchandise, and I have also filed a complaint with PayPal Credit as it was the source of the payment. Seller has sent a tracking that is suppose ot be a USPS tracking number, but it shows that the item went from Florida to Tennessee on the 16th and it shows that it is still there, I believe it is a scam and I want a refund. I have the "right" as a "American consumer", to get a refund if the merchandise is not delivered by said date of delivery stated on invoice and email communication. .

Pulled in there a few minutes ago to fill up with regular gas and the pump on the end (next to road), was not working. IT was making a high pitch noise, and it would not take credit cards or "none " of the buttons worked, speaker to contact inside clerk did not work, buttons to choose credit or debit card did not work. So I went inside to alert the clerk. When I told them that the gas machine was not working, they two clerks (a black man and a white man), dd not seem to know what I was referring to. So I ask one of them to come outside so I could show which gas pump it was, and the black clerk came outside to look and he said he did not know what it was and he turned around walked back inside. I told him he needs to put a sign on the pump saying it does not work so other customers will not use it till it is repaired. HE turned around, went back inside store without saying anything, wow, what a poor excuse for a employee. Can't make money that way. I don't remember what the pump number is, but there was a guy on the other side trying to get gas, but it did not work for him either. It was the first pump on the inside by the highway 49.

I ordered some merchandise from Sam's Club September 20, 2021, and a partial order was delivered on September 24, 2021. I ordered two bags of crunchy Cheetos and "three" bags of Cheetos Puffs (large family size), and only received "two" bags of Cheetos Puffs. SO in total, I Only received "4" big bags instead of "5" that I ordered. I want "all" of my order or a refund. I tried to call, but I spoke with "5" foreigners who could not speak "American English" too well, so I got no where.

Back in July 2021 I disputed a charge of $183.00 from a fake merchant ad order on Facebook that was processed by PayPal Credit/Synchrony Bank, and as a result the charge was supposedly refunded and credited back to my amount of available credit by Synchrony Bank which is the financial institution that governs the account for paypal credit. As of todays date I see there is some interests charge that has not been credited according to what was suppose to be done (see attachments).

ON August 25, 2021 I order "6" 48 ounce cans of Sweet Sue Chicken n dumplings. On September 3 I only received on delivery "2" 48 ounce cans. I still have not received the other "4" cans owed to me. I want the other cans or I want a "refund" for non delivery of what I ordered.

I ordered merchandise on June 6, 2021 and about an hour later, I requested to cancel the order until further notice. I got an email "the next Day", on June the 7, 2021 stating that the merchandise had already been "shipped", but I requested the order be cancelled within 8 hours of the order on Sunday, so there are "no" shipments on Sundays. I spoke with three people today on phone about the order (the third one was a supervisor), and she told me that she would credit my account for the order since I requested it be cancelled the day the order was placed, within 8 hours. Consumers have the right to "cancel orders", within24 hours, which I did within 6. See attachments of emails correspondence back and forth with Swiss Colony Reps.
