I ordered merchandise on June 6, 2021 and about an hour later, I requested to cancel the order until further notice. I got an email "the next Day", on June the 7, 2021 stating that the merchandise had already been "shipped", but I requested the order be cancelled within 8 hours of the order on Sunday, so there are "no" shipments on Sundays. I spoke with three people today on phone about the order (the third one was a supervisor), and she told me that she would credit my account for the order since I requested it be cancelled the day the order was placed, within 8 hours. Consumers have the right to "cancel orders", within24 hours, which I did within 6. See attachments of emails correspondence back and forth with Swiss Colony Reps.

I ordered a indoor security camera online from Lowes and charged it to my LOwes credit card, but the camera does not work. So I called and ask for a return label so as to return it via "FEDX", as that is the way it was delivered. So I spoke with a LOwes rep and she sent me a email confirmation without a return label which is necessary when returning a package for a refund. THe Fedx man came this morning and did not pick the package up even though he scanned it. I cannot get a hold of a lowes rep and I was on hold for 20.5 hours waiting. THe order number is, 72460****. I am not paying for a product that does not work and is defective. reretdoes "NOT" work.ont buy anythingdon't purchase anythingdddood

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. TaxAct sent me a 30% refund of $124.00 which is $37.42. Which is what they said in a Facebook message said they would send me..

I ordered an online item from a merchant on March 29, 2021 and was charged $25.27 on March 29, 2021 and it was posted to the credit card account on the march 31, 2021. I called Mission Lane Card Services on April 1, 2021 to dispute the charge as I cancelled the order on March 29, 2021 within 24 hours of ordering it. I contacted the merchant and let them know that I cancelled the order, but the merchant has failed to acknowledge (via emails), that I cancelled the order. The merchant still charged my credit card for the amount in question even though I told them to "cancel the order within "ten minutes" after I ordered it. I called to speak with a Mission Lane representative this morning April 1, 2021, and the rep I spoke with did not file a dispute, I was hung up on and she was rude and indifferent to my right to file a dispute as an American Consumer in accordance with the FCRA, and in accordance with the FTC consumer laws and protection division.

Reported a outside security light out here at Windwood Manor Apartments (For seniors and the disabled), 18 apartments only, in Collins, Mississippi and southern pines has yet to repair/replace the light. The outage was reported at 5:30 am on Friday morning, February 5, 2021 and seniors and disabled people need the light to shine so they can see where they are going outside when walking their pets or doing whatever they need to do outside at night.

Ollo credit card not working

The website does not work, and the Ollo mobile app does not work. When I log on both, it does "nothing", been doing it for several days. Does it on desktop and android( smart phone), does it using firefox, windows edge, and chrome browsers.

You may as a result have been unable to use your Ollo card or access your account online. And, in some instances, cardholders have received an incorrect message that their account is closed. Why not order the part online? No need to be an ugly customer.

If there are customers in the store waiting. Why would an employee let you cut the line, instead of helping the customers inside the store first.
