IKEA - Bad customer service web page is horrible

I've been using an address for my purchases, and in one occasion i used my home address, and the address on file was changed. I've been treated as a criminal because they suspect I'm doing fraud. I do not have credit with them, and I am using my own credit card to purchase. They give me an email address where I can send the documentation to show I am who I am. I purchased from them before using the same IKEA family no. and the same card before, and now they are generating this issue, instead of contacting me directly...highly offensive and generating emotional distress...not ok

User's recommendation: Do not use customer service, or better do not buy IKEA online
