My name is Sal Conti I've been using carbon express arrows sense day one I consider myself an expert when it comes to making arrows and Archery the past few years I have had problems with insert coming out in the targets ruining my targets at first I thought it was something I was doing wrong after reading the complaints on ArcheryTalk I realized it wasn't just me that there's a problem with the inserts and carbon express arrows I contacted feraDyne about this problem spoke to gentleman who's been in the industry for 40 years his name is Kyle he admitted to me there was a problem with the inserts I explained to him I have three dozen of these arrows with those inserts glued in that are useless to me now because the inserts come out he asked me to send him a photograph of the arrows which I did after not hearing back from him I contacted carbon express again lo and behold he quit the company they said to me they have no idea what I'm talking about they're full of *** because they changed the design of the insert if there wasn't a problem with it why did they change it I will never use a carbon express arrow again this company is a joke they've gone downhill since they bought out carbon express. I've spent thousands of dollars over the years literally on these arrows I used to shoot competition I know what the *** I'm talking about they've done nothing to resolve my problem other than try not to do anything.

User's recommendation: do not waste your money on his arrows this company does not stand behind their product as they did when it was carbon express.
