I have purchased a mattress from Amazon. On 28th October 2020 I received product. After delivery, I have found the product is not I have ordered for. I asked to replace they said no stock and initiated refund. On 29th October return refund request is made. I have received the acceptance mail for return. Nobody came to pick up the item. On 4th November the previous return request closed and a new request is created. No information I received on why the request is not completed. On 12th November again the second request is closed and a new request is created automatically. By today 16th November I have called like 50 times to customer service. The response I have received is 1) wait for 1 or 2 more days the item will be picked up. 2) we raised NOC request to do advance refund amount. But the back end team is not replying. I have contacted cs-reply@***.in also through mail but no response after auto-reply mail. It is around 20 day I have been waiting for 1. return pickup. 2. Advance refund. My order number is #171-680****-868**** The frustrating things are. 1. You are not refunding my money even after 18 days .I can't wait for more. 2. I can't keep your product in my home. Which is taking lot of space in my home. My home is not warehouse to keep your product safely until you sell it to others.
