I purchased a rm405 crossbow and discovered a couple of days later that it had a major crack in the stock an inch from the front. First time I filled out a warranty request it was denied due to not having a picture included. But I did! Second time they did the same thing. Somehow I managed to get a phone number and spoke to someone who told me to send the stock itself in and they said they would send me a new one. I was supposed to receive an email with the return information but never did. Now they arent accepting phone calls any longer. Total disregard for the customer!!!
