Yahoo cannot provide me with consistent e-mail service as a premium user.

I am unable to receive and send all of my e-mails via Yahoo and I pay for the service. This has been a problem for well over 6 months. Neither Send and Receive features function properly. Yahoo has been unable to resolve the issue and basically advised that I am not being truthful. You cannot talk to anyone on the phone. I have engaged agents ('Nicole' was the latest) via a specific Yahoo Chat account, but to no avail. I have no choice but to cancel my subscription -- this will take months since my business cards and all of my business contacts have this e-mail.

It's very frustrating when you cannot cont

act your server to correct a problem.

I would like to hide the *** stationery but can't. It's always something lately.

It used to be a good service. What happened?
