Apple - I hate the Iphone and it's service!

In a nutshell, if you buy an Iphone or Ipod and you get and cosmetic damage to the phone or product you void any warranties with Apple. I felt disrespected when dealing with the service Department and warranties with apple. I can not in good Consciousness give a good report for Apple. If you want to throw you money away buy Apple Products! i was told by Apple product specialist to go into the store and that I would be given a phone. When I went in with no cosmetic damage to the phone I was told that there was nothing wrong with the phone. Even as the phone crashed three times. I was told by there staff "if you give me a good reason I will exchange your phone"
