I purchased a cooktop on eBay and when it was delivered it was broken - the glass top was in pieces. Seller agreed to accept return and the cooktop was returned on 9/17/2020 As of this date (11/10/2020) seller HAS NOT refunded the $1,724.00 PRICE OF THIS COOKTOP and eBay has done NOTHING TO HELP!

User's recommendation: Avoid large eBay purchases.

Noble Appliance - Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a cooktop on September 16, 2020 for just under $3,000. They charged me $150.00 for shipping, which was to a terminal 75 miles away. They wanted another $150.00 to have the cooktop delivered to my home! I refused. Now it is October 16, 2020 and the dam cooktop STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED! These idiots used a cheap LTL provider and the cooktop is sitting on the truck in Illinois - 1,800 miles away!!!! So I'm paying for a cooktop that they have NO IDEA OF WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED. It's been sitting in Bolingbrook, IL for a week now. The shipping company took 5 days just to pick the dam thing up from Noble. I've contacted Noble and they offer NO HELP WHATSOEVER saying it's because of Covid-19, an incredible crock of horse manure! If they had chosen a responsible shipping company I would have had the cooktop last week. As it is, the tracking information says it's supposed to arrive at the local terminal today. Well, sitting 1,800 miles away on a trailer, there's no way that's going to happen. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NOBLE APPLIANCE!

DO. NOT USE FEDEX!

These *** did it again - lost my package. Worse, they are ALL LIARS!!! Tracking yesterday said the package would be delivered - yesterday. But tracking also said the package was 500 MILES AWAY in Oregon so no way it would have been delivered yesterday. Called Fedex and the guy says it will be delivered by 8:00 PM and I point out that the package is 500 MILES AWAY so it CANNOT BE DELIVERED BY 8:00 PM. He says if it's not delivered yesterday it will be delivered today. So today, surprise - NO PACKAGE! Check tracking early this afternoon and it says package will be delivered on Monday - but it's been sitting in Oregon since Wednesday AND HAS NOT MOVED. Called Fedex this afternoon and the rep said they will put a trace on the package and Kelli (with an "I") will call me within TWO HOURS to provide me with an update. It's now FIVE HOURS LATER and NO CALL. Just called Fedex and the moron says they would not have told me they would call me because they are too busy. These *** LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH EVERY CHANCE THEY GET. When they lost my last package, they TOLD ME THE EXACT SAME THING - they would call with an update AND NEVER DID! DO NOT SHIP WITH FEDEX IF YOU EVER WANT TO GET YOUR PURCHASE. USE UPS!!!!!
