It was a beautiful thought of ordering something nice and memorable from mynamenecklace for my wife on a Valentine's Day of 2020. I placed an order online on 3rd Feb 2020 for Russian Ring Necklace with Engraving in Vermeil against the Order Number 6176****. I thought it would be a nice surprise for my wife. The ordered item was expected to arrive on 14th Feb but it arrived in the last week of Feb. With all the bad taste of last delivery i surprised my wife with a belated Valentine's day. When she opened the package, the chain was found damaged, bruised and scratched. It was very disappointing. I emailed the pictures and wrote them a complaint. I was told that a new chain will be ordered and sent to you soon. I kept asking them about the status of the chain for a month and finally heard that they have dispatched it and it will take 3 weeks to reach me. The tracking number which they provided was the old one which always show the same status that the chain has been delivered. i asked for a new tracking number which was never provided to me. I also asked them to provide me a contact number where i could reach them and speak with them regarding my concern. Making a phone call was easier for me rather than emailing them. They never provided me with any contact number. Every time i emailed them, there was a new name to answer my query. Months passed, no replacement was received till today. All they make is false and fake promises. Sometimes they tell me that the address was wrong and i confirmed the address several times. Sometimes they declare it lost and asked for another order confirmation. It happened 6 times. they re-ordered and declared it lost whereas they never provided me with any tracking number for any re-order. I have all the thread of conversation with them and going to file a lawsuit against all the mental stress and torture they gave me. They ruined my Valentine's Day.
