Cost Cutters - Very disappointed
I have been going to this salon for many, many years and am a loyal customer of Craig (Roy). I called on Wed to make an appointment for 9:a.m. on Saturday. I took the day off of work and arrived at 8:30 so I would not be late. At 9:00 Craig came out and told me that I didn't have an appointment booked.I assured him that I called but he just said "sorry". I was dumbfounded and extremely disappointed in him and the company. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. I work with clients at an animal clinic and I know what customer service is all about. They will NEVER see me in that salon again.
User's recommendation: Go to a different salon not cost cutters.

Cost Cutters - Very unhappy never going back
I have been getting my hair cut for many years at the shop on Summerlin in Fort Myers. I always request the same stylist. Craig (Roy). I called on Wed. and spoke to woman who I thought booked my appointment for that Saturday at 9 a.m.I always arrive at 8:30 so I am never late. This Saturday I got there at 8:30 as usual and at 9:00 I was told "Sorry, you don't have anp appointment and was turned away. I have been a faithful customer for years. It clearly states on the front door "walk-ins welcome" I took Saturday off from my job so that I could get my hair done. I will NEVER go back to a cost cutter shop again. Laura
