Apple - ITunes
My account was accessed and shows were downloaded without my permission. My debit card was first charged and iTunes took the card off the account but then ran it through as a credit card. I have chatted with them twice and emailed three times. They have not responded to emails and seem unconcerned with working with me to clear the account. They ignore queries as to how someone could have accessed my account. Since my family has ipods, it is so frustrating that we cannot trust this site and are basically beign held hostage Luckily my bank is handling it. Totally unsatisfied.

iTunes removes downloads from my account for no apparent reason and turns right around and charges me for the movies. They only care about your money. Communicating with these *** is impossible.
