I bought a card to do a transaction for government grants the people that I'm dealing with the database does not accept this card I have $100 on it and I would like my money back in full refund

This card was supposed to be done through transaction for government grants their database would not accept the card I need to have my money back so I can get the right card thank you you can't use the card for anything
