Fireplace Xtrordinair - Failure of computer

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
My unit is about 5 years old with little use. The company where we purchased it claims the computer part of the machine is fried. We originally paid about $5500 for the unit which should last more than 5 years? Tech is billing us $450.00 for the repair. I will contact the manufacture.

There is no computer on this fireplace insert - What the heck are you talking about?

You are some piece of crap. I own one of these.

Why bash the best fireplace that exists on this planet? What do you sell??

Junky fireplaces from China?? The best part about this fireplace is that is has NO electronics besides a fan switch that can be removed with two screws on the FRONT side of the fireplace where a three year old could do the repair.
