Jim Shorkey Kia - Problem with the Dealer with the car I bought.

Kia, I bought a 2017 certified Kia Soul with 7,000 miles on Sept 25, 2020. I paid cash for the car. When I picked the car up, the salesman told me it only had one key. He told me they would order another key and it would be in the next week.Going on 3 months and no key. I have called the dealer Jim Shorkey Kia 6 times and nothing. I would like someone to help me get the other key. The dealer is located in North Huntingdon Pa. Arlene Maszle 412/983/5322

User's recommendation: Don't pay for the car until everything is completed even second Key.
