Me: Hi Curtis, I'm Nate. I have a complaint.
Me: I just got back from Hannaford's in Dover, NH. I both the 2x Value Pack of the Vivid Luminous. Imagine my surprise when I got home and couldn't figure out how to turn it on, only to realize that it's just a regular toothbrush.
Despite the fact that it clearly has a picture on the front of the package showing the bristles spinning. What's up with that?

The illustration on the package is just a way of showing the bristles cleaning. It's not meant to imply they are power toothbrushes.
Curtis: I can certainly pass your feedback along appropriately to our marketing team regarding this.
Me: Hmm. I feel like I've been toothbrush catfished.
Curtis: I'm sorry you feel that way. There isn't anything in the product description that says it is a power toothbrush.
Me: Except the picture.

The front of the package says "toothbrush" meaning it's manual.
Me: Oh, my bad. I thought toothbrush was a generic term. Like mayo or hamburger.
Curtis: I apologize again regarding the confusion.
The rings on the illustration are an accent of the polishing cup which is a feature of that toothbrush.
Me: That just doesn't work for me, Curtis.
Curtis: Is there anything else I can help you with today?
Me: Maybe send me a "toothbrush" that spins?
Curtis: I don't have physical product to send out from here.
Me: But surely you can get it touch with someone who can.
Curtis: I apologize but we don't send out physical products here at consumer care.
