Straight Talk Wireless - Because straight has been abusing me emotionally,and mentally as a customer since 2007

Straight has not once tried to contact me to resolve the issues I experienced from them I called them about the first of November about my service and told them that I would be doing a live video about their poor service and they shut my cellphone service off.i contacted them through live chat and the guy turned my service back on but all my features for $65 plus tax a month wasn't all useful.

Maria that is so not true if you all cared any for us as customers you all would not be shutting off the customer's phones when they call in and state that they just paid their service but their hotspot or data isn't working.on November the 17,of this year you all shut my phone off because I called about my service not working for $65 so after dealing with you all ,all these year on May 18,2019 the same thing service shut off when I called about my service and I was told that the cellphone had a malfunction so I went and bought another phone from being lied to from straight talk and had it activated,after doing so I called back to straight just to verify that they was lying and had that phone turned back on and was stuck with 2 cellphones from straight talk because they lied to me about my cellphone having a malfunction.i don't believe or trust anything you people say and I want every dollar back from 2007 until now it's 2022 I told you people I would expose you people for poor customer service.

Straight Talk Wireless - Poor customer service

Now,I post all the bad experience public about Straight Talk Wireless that I have being dealing with since 2007 until now and I call them to address issues with my phone service not working right and they turn my service completely off for calling and letting them know my service isn't working right,they do not remeburst for lost phone time after they have got $65 plus dollars for phone service pin.Now that they see me getting out about their company doing the customer's and if we put the truth about them in their review page they want let it post not knowing that where there is a will there is a way to get out the truth about those disrespectful ,rude,robbery,stealing scamming people.i don't owe you anything I don't work for the Government so why take from me through scamming with my phone service?

Straight Talk Wireless - Very poor

I have been a customer of straight talk since 2007 every month I use my bank card to buy $65 service pin card from them every month which says on the cards UNLIMITED TALK,TEXT AND DATA every month I have to call in about my service not working proper at all.then the works wants to get mad with you and hang up when you call back to speak with higher authority for straight talk they say they can't do that because they was trained to handle any issues that I maybe having,or some lie they come up with to tell.i know I ended up with 2 cellphone through straight talk back in may of 2018 because they told me my cellphone had a malfunction and that I needed to buy another phone,so I wanted to catch the in their lie,I had the new phone activated with the same number,called back up there to straight talk and had the cellphone I was told I had a malfunction activated as well.just know I have ally proof through screenshots from texting back and forth and my emails as well.and the sad part is that straight talk wants you to give reviews but if you are speaking the truth about what's going on that shouldn't be they want post it.but I post on facebook I finds ways of getting the truth out about straight talk stealing from customers with no caps I'm getting mine back I have a lawyer.dont buy cellphones because straight talk , Verizon and all those other cellphone companies are all the same owner those Chinese people.

No I will not contact your company anymore I was on the phone 3 hours and noone never answered my call I called this morning and was hung up on your company cause me money and I want it all back I contacted a lawyer about straight talk company and employees I refuse to waste my time with you people.customers are always right satisfy the customers they are the ones giving you business and your money.mistreat customers and don't care if their service work for $65 or $255 you just want the money.i wish this company the best.

Yes i want youvall to know that i bought a phone and service pin from walmart on march 3 2022 and my service has not worked at all im on the phone right now waiting to talk with someone about my service and cant get anyone.i will be contacting a lawyer in this matter and i do have every phone service card pkan i ever bought since becoming a customer of straight talk in 2007 with never no satisfaction.Lawsuit now.
