Philippines. My mom received notification from gcash/dswd that she already have Php8000.00 from the government SAP. However, her account was not yet verified. So what we did was we tried to check what are the valid IDs based on the app. Unfortunately, my mom does not have any, so i contacted the chat support and they told me to get barangay ID. and so we did, right after we get my mom's id, we sent it to them and they told us that they cant accept the id. They said that the barangay does not have issued/expiration date, at the back of my mind, what the heck, you cant force that ID to have that issue date if our barangay's id does not have like that, use their common sense they should have consider that, as that ID was really from our barangay and my mom has problem with her foot and she is struggling already to walk for long. They told me to provide instead a barangay certificate, so what we did was we went back to barangay hall the other day and ask for barangay certificate, so what they gave us is the barangay clearance certificate... so we thought we are good now, we sent the certificate to the agent and after another day, they told us that barangay clearance is different from barangay certificate, they sent me the information that a certificate should have, and all of them are in the barangay clearance certificate we provided so i ask them to double check and revalidate it, so we wait for another days and it seems like they have no plans to give us an update unless we follow up again... And this is what makes me frustrated, don't they have brain to use to give us consideration. After we fully verified the account, we need to transfer her money from the old gcash to the new created one. Because the first account my mom made has inaccurate information so we were told to create new one and fully verified it. But now, because this takes too long to be resolved, now our money was gone, we just checked her old gcash account that is not yet fully verified, the Php 8000.00 was gone and we dont know where it went. This is really frustrating, we really need that money, we have 5 pending bills to Meralco. We told that already to them but it seems they dont even care... I dont know what to do next, my mom has lack of requirements to acquire other valid ID and now we are still struggling to get the money.... My mom just turned 46 last october 28, and thank God because He let us have enough money to at least have food to celebrate her birthday. I am really disappointed to Gcash.

User's recommendation: Don't use this app, they have customer service that has lack of common sense and consideration. They don't have a heart. They're just like a robot who really don't care what you are experiencing right now, reason of your determination to fix your problem asap.

let my mom's gcash account be fully verified with requirements we submitted before and merge her two accounts but retain her old gcash account mobile number that ends with ***9537, and transfer the Php 8000 ( $165.2) to new one for us to claim/withdraw it
