Flighthub - HORRIBLE!

I purchased a ticket September 9th of 2020 and it has been H E L L ever since. Today 10/29/20 I am still trying to change an error that their services committed and the flight is on Tuesday the 3rd 2020. Flighthub since 10/9 has me going in circles to change the name of the passenger that was incorrectly spelled. Avianca cannot do this, ONLY flighthub. I have been on the phone for two weeks and all i get is wait for email that I have accepted and no confirmation of the name being changed. Please avoid at all cost FLIGHTHUB they will NOT give money back and everything is extra charge even if it is the airline fault. Deal with the airline or another company, not FLIGHTHUB the worse.

UPDATE: I have received your email and will be contacting FlightHub with the information you have provided. Just a quick notice, I have been trying since 8am today and it is now 1:30pm NY time

Contact the customer service of Flighthub and tell them about your review ###### Your Number did NOTHING.

The person doesn't know anything about this and has now transferred me to another department. I am now on two phones trying to reach a live person.
