Did not receive my product that I ordered from fashion nova and I have not yet to receive those items that I purchased the first payment was $82.65 that was taken out of my account October 11th second payment was taken out of my account October 26th $63.50 its very unfortunate that I have to hunt companies down to send emails asking where my product is that I paid for and no one seems to care that I am an unhappy customer I would like a full refund of my money.

dealing with the same thing! how did you get a hold of them and did you get your refund? Im planning on contacting my bank with proof and having it investigated
I had the same experience with quad pay. I made a purchase from an online hair store call sunber hair.
I used Quad pay as my payment option the took $27 out of my account on 5 different occasions until I pay the hair off well according to quad pay the payment was sent to the merchant but I never received the merchandise nor my refund.
It’s been 2 months and whenever I contact quad pay they barely can give me a satisfying answer. I’m not sure what else to do to get my refund.
