Malibu CPR turned my silver hair PINK. HELP!!!!!!

I used Malibu CPR to remove some residual blue color clenditioner from my ends, about 3 inches. It helped remove a lot of that color but IT TURNED MY NEWLY GROWN OUT 4 INCHES OF SILVER HAIR PINK!!!! PLEASE HELP ASAP. What can I do? This is TRAUMATIC & I see that this happened to other women on your Facebook page & they r also Traumatized. I'm trying to go Silver & my hair is now a dirty pink. All the other women have been asking u what to do & u have not answered them. WHY R U NOT HELPING US? Please I implore u to answer asap. PLEASE EMAIL AND CALL ME IF POSSIBLE. Thank u, Carlye
