Verified ReviewerResolved: Budget Rent A Car - HORRIBLE lack of customer service!
After a LONG Battle with them, and MANY calls to customer service, I was FINALLY give a refund for the charge they added AFTER I had left & been given a receipt! So, while I was NEVER contacted by any local management, or offered an apology by the manager who fraudulently charged me, at least they reversed the added charge!
I will never use them again, but at least I was only charged for the car rental in the end! ARRG THANK you all so much!!.
Preferred solution: I'd like at LEAST the refund for the batteries I PAID for & were TOLD I would get! An APOLOGY would be nice, but don't expect it! And while I understand I rented for a week, a refund for the day I came back early due to this would be nice as well!
