I was charged 6x the NSF fees I should have been charged by Lakestone Bank & Trust, formerly Lapeer County Bank & Trust, in Lapeer, Michigan. I went in and tried to get out straightened out. The lady finally went and got her boss, a fat greasy bald headed lady named Louise that refused to give me my money back. She talked down to me and treated me like I was ***. She finally gave me half, but that was still unacceptable. I closed my account. Please beware of this horrible scam bank.

Had the same problem schedule a payment took it out early knew the day it was supposed to withdraw a direct deposit was coming in got an overdraft charge asked to talk to the manager she never called sent me a condescending letter to get counseling to handle my money little did she know had another account with another bank time to say good-bye had an account with capac 20 years never an overdraft terrible way to treat a consumer. So I closed it
