Hello, A simple mistake by them became a huge complaint and an accurate window into their BS. I ordered expensive custom auto floor mats. Non-returnable - fine. However, they didn't fit and are a safety hazard. I email company the next day. Explain the problem. " We're on it". Fine. Three days later- you Mr. Customer are wrong - they fit fine. I go and measure the post openings on their product vs posts on car floor- off by 2 inches ( not 2 mm) . "OH, OK" Next email is asking for VIN. OK - sent. I suspect their next BS request would be, " Please indicate color of car's exterior" Two more days-- "We'll have a supervisor call you". No call. I call them-- "we sent correct product". "You waited too long to notify us"- I kid you not. ( 24 hours after delivery). Can absolutely not reach CEO's office- that should tell you all you need to know. Any reputable company's management team would / should welcome negative feedback right away to nip concerns in bud. Carid couldn't care less once they have your money. Every single customer service lackey I spoke with could barely speak or understand English, which makes having a complaint that much more difficult and frustrating to resolve. Stay away from Carid.

Hello, Don't believe a word these clowns tell you. Also, be advised that they immediately remove most of the many many negative consumer complaints they receive on Google and Facebook for example. Their website is fraudulently deceptive. I paid $300 for them to tell me " nothing we can do". I then call Matthew Mackey, their "manager". He apologizes and states, " I am so sorry. I will personally make this right." Great I think. An honorable manager. But, no Matthew thereafter. Take the money and run. Refuse to accept my phone calls. You get the idea. I paid $150 to a reputable company and computer is now working good as new!
