I paid via Visa debit card for the items I ordered last March 20. I waited for days and then I got a text msg saying it was canceled. I have followed up for a refund since then via your online store chat, FB page, but nothing. All I got was a ticket after another ticket. The latest I got was saying ticket closed and issue resolved BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY refund at all.

User's recommendation: DO NOT PAY USING ONLINE PAYMENT.

The amount of money GCash owes me is 4,000 pesos. Even their FB GCash Care, when you try to pm them your complaints, is all BOT.

It's been four days now of non-stop emailing and they still have not returned our money. We need that money and they're not returning it. This has happened many times already even though we have been a long time user of said App. A while ago, I checked the status of the complaint ticket and I saw that it's been marked 'solved' in said site. It is not yet resolved. They still have not returned our money.

Pakibalik na po yung perang pinaghirapan namin na 4,000!! PAG KA CASH IN NA TRANSFER NA SA BULSA NYO, HINDI SA GCASH WALLET NAMIN. SANA MAGSASABI KAYO KUNG MANGUNGUTANG KAYO, HINDI GANYAN.

KAILANGAN NAMIN YUNG PERA TAPUS WAWALAIN NYO NG ILANG ARAW?! ANO, HINDI MUNA KAMI KAKAIN NG ISANG LINGGO?!

After 5 days of non-stop follow up. They returned our money to PayPal.

I just completed a money transfer from Paypal to GCash but money did not appear in my GCash balance. Paypal already sent an email confirmation of the completed transaction. This has happened to us twice already, last December and the most recent was this Feb 2 [2019]. It is so frustrating! When you try to call their hotline, you will always have to wait for more than one hour before a CSR will answer! Every time you will try to email them they will ask you for your info and give you a ticket number! EVERY TIME! As if you have not already emailed them the info, but no update or positive result whatsoever! Same with their FB chat. The December 21 issue I experienced got resolved after 5 days! They returned the money to my PayPal account. 5 DAYS! And 5 days of hellish non-stop follow-up.

PayPal Philippines FB page Horrible Customer Service. Blocks PayPal clients.

PayPal Philippines FB page https://www.facebook.com/PayPalPhilippines/ blocked me even though I am a regular PayPal client who just happened to be pissed at PayPal a couple of days ago them for not depositing our money to BDO on time, money which we withdrew from PayPal last Oct 13 but only reached our bank BDO last Oct 24. It's our week-long salary and we were depending on that money to buy our food and pay our bills. It is only natural that I will be spamming them with complaints because they're not helping us at all. Instead of helping me, they blocked me, cutting me off of the support services they should be giving every PayPal client in the Philippines.

Sa akin P5,500.00 ng icancel ko na 5 days bago macancel at maibalik sa lazada wallet yung pera. Mukhang patutubuan muna sa banko bago isoli ang pera. Biruin mo sa 100 tao pa lang na ipitin nila ang pera laking tubo na sa 5 to 15 days

Hi MayaBuan. It will be returned to your account for 5 to 15 Banking days for Credit card and 5 to 45 Banking days for Debit card.

The amount is not totally deducted but floating. The order was cancelled due to some misinformation about your card info. What happened to your transaction is that your bank authorized the amount (taken out of your credit limit) but it is not settled or paid to our bank account, which means the amount taken out of your account will go expire or time out within 5-15 banking days for Credit Cards or 3-45 banking days for debit card (Depends on the involved amount) and you may contact your issuing bank for the complete details on the reversal of your credit card.
