Bobby Jones and Sons - THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
I have been to three goat roping and two county fairs, I thought I had seen one of everything until I had dealing with this company. Customer service is not in this companies vocabulary… Before this incident they were a service center for Wal-Mart extended warranty, this is how I was referred to the company. I have spent a total of fifteen hours (15) waiting on Bobby Jones Electronics to keep just one of their promises to keep an appointment to come to my home to repaid my big screen TV. After fifteen (15) hours spent waiting on them to show up for an appointment and four (4) appointments missed, I called Wal-Mart and cancelled using this company. I have a feeling that after the complaints I have filed with Wal-Mart that Bobby Jones Electronics will no longer be an authorized service center for Wal-Mart. The customer service manager at Bobby Jones Electronics should have a new title, No-Customer Service Manager. She is so bad at making excuses that she gets all the different stories mixed up and confused and does not remember the story she told you in the last phone conversation. My suggestion is that if you are looking for an electronics repair facility, do not use this company. If you have an extended warranty company and you are given this company as a repair facility, ask for another company. If you have been stuck with having to deal with this company and found the frustration and loss of income that I have, I would suggest that you do what I have done. First, write a letter to the Better Business Bureau Central & Eastern Kentucky, post your complaint online in as many places as you can so that other people will be able to avoid the company, and most important of all, FILE A CLAIM IN YOUR COUNTY’S SMALL CLAIMS COURT! If these people have to take the time to drive to your county and defend their bad and illegal business practices in a public court, one of two things will happen, they will either go out of business or they will change their business practices. Either way, the consumers wins…… I am tired of being ripped off by businesses that feel that it is their right to lie to and take money from consumers while not working for the money. With milk and gas at over three (3) dollars a gallon, the last thing I need is a rip off business wasting fifteen (15) hours of my time.
