Hare Chevrolet - Sales Representative Review
Bought a used care the tire pressure gage went bad the day after I got it. They were reluctant to fix. Then I brought it in to service Jim Wordon the Service Representative was rude, I tried to explain this was all set up and he said: "then you need to figure it out."Then said we don't have the part what do you think you brought a Honda to a Chevy Dealership. I will tell you what I think; Courtney Cole and Monica Peck you need to train your staff in the art of customer service. I have purchased 2 cars from you in the last year and I assure you I will never buy or spend another dime again. It is very obvious that all you are is a number when you enter Hare Chevrolet, they don't care about you once they have your money.
