Shiftsmart - Horrible AI CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT
Incorrect payments for shifts worked. Technical issues on the app that prevent login and location.
Several tickets I submitted are all ignored with no feedback.
Don't promote me as a primary partner, then start playing with my shift payments. I'm an employment paralegal as well, and this situation is about to turn legal.

Technical issues on the app preventing login and now payment issues. No feedback from shiftsmart or corrected payments.
Numerous tickets submitted to shiftsmart, all ignored. Shiftsmart needs live support agents before it becomes a legal issue

Lack of communication from financial aid. Ive been in school 11 weeks.No disbursement only send in documents from September 2016.
I asked when i visited the campus was there any thing else needed. I was told no.
Also, the instructors are slow about posting your correct grade, deducting unecessary points without an explanation. Everest Worser.
