Clear Choice - Imposed Warranty & no response to repair

I got my implants back in 2013. I was finally free of pain in my mouth and thought it was great, expensive, but great. My temporary plate broke right at the 6-month mark. I received my permanent set and kept having issues with independent teeth broke off. Initially I was told the plate was a single piece over a titanium support. I was having breaks every 8 months or so. The Dr. changed, and I was told about a 5-year warranty. That was never discussed with me before. I can get another 5 years if I upgrade to Zirconium. Now, out of warranty and the clinic will not return my calls. I had a minor break from bacon in March. Last week the tooth next to the break came off. Still no call. Left several messages from different phones.

User's recommendation: The doctor you start with probably won't be the one you have in 5-years. You alway have to go to Clear Choice for problems.

Guess what? Zirconia can break as well.
