I took my 2013 Freightliner to Neely Coble in Nashville, TN on 9/3/2020. I was told that they would need three day. I started checking on my truck after one week. I spoke to Phillip, Ray, Tony, &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Richard in the Service Office and Scooby, Kenneth and Colton, the mechanics. After 38 long days at the shop I spoke to Joe in Management. After 39 days I was told that my truck was ready. When I arrived at Neely Coble and paid an astronomical amount ($7.649,88). I was assured that my truck was fixed. Upon receiving my truck I noticed that the back right brake and backup light cables were hanging down and had not been repair at all. (I have a photo) I was told to go into the parts store and buy the pigtail and "Kenneth" would fix it. I waited for it to be fixed. Then, after that was completed I left Neely Coble, I made it to Speedway approximately 1/2 mile and discovered that the light panel for gauges, the radio and 2 other lights did not work. I started to turn around and take it back. I finally got most of the lights and the radio working myself. I continued to test drive and discovered that I have no cruise control. I must mention that ALL of these were working when I dropped off my truck!! Note*** I had been told by Kenneth that the left side of the gauges did not work and I had confirmed to him that they worked when I brought the truck in. I had to get Joe in management involved to figure out what was going on. Kenneth confirmed to me that it was all fixed and taken care of. He told me that he test drove the truck for about 30 minutes but he did not tell me that my cruise control was out. I had to discover that during my own test drive. I am very disappointed in the quality of service provided and the number of hours charged for labor. 30+ hours. I was initially going to be charged over $10,000!!!! I am very upset that it took 39 days and when my truck was returned to me it still was not fixed. Also, when I called to check I was constantly being told that they would "get it in the shop" to start working on it. I don't see how it could have been in the shop 30 + hours to begin with. I am more than happy to pay what I owe but I feel that I have been overcharged!!! I feel that the truck should not have taken over a week to repair. I lost a driver, I lost time and I lost a lot of $$$ waiting!!.

I had to end up taking the 2013 Freightliner back to Neely Coble. It was kept another 10 days and I had to locate, pay for and deliver a dryer to the mechanic.

Yes another $589.00. Upon picking up the truck it was still showing codes 58, 71 and 2. To this day my truck HAS NOT BEEN FIXED!!!

I am now still working with my lawyer to get resolution. I cannot believe that Neely Coble is a freightliner dealership/authorized repair shop and they don't know how to fix freightliners!!!!!!
