Omega Juicers - Poor Customer Service

I ordered parts for and older model during the summer which I received OK. But, recently I ordered the new Omega Juicer which was on sale. I received an email that my order was accepted, charged and that it was on its way by UPS (NO TRACKING NUMBER). 10 days and nothing. Call Omega twice, each time was asked to leave a name and callback number.... NOTHING. WHERE IS MY JUICER? GREAT Product.... HORRIBLE customer service. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

User's recommendation: A long standing company that has lost its way by BAD MANAGEMENT.
