Dr Sammy Zakhary - I have never felt so violated and bullied.

complaint filed for violating my Hippa rights and lawyer contacted for violating the Privacy act and the fair debt collection act. I have never been so bullied over $25 he "discovered" wasn't paid from two years ago that I already paid. He even called my MOTHER whom he does not have permission to speak to nor discuss anything with to collect it because he refused to see me after I was in the emergency room until it was paid even tho I have disputed it and his office knew I was waiting for the credit card statement in the mail to prove it.He also had a conversation with her about personal issues between me and my mother and why I don't speak to her anymore and assumed she was telling the truth and had the audacity to discuss my mother and I's relationship and let me know how much she loves me.I have never in my life felt so violated and bullied.

Comfort Inn - I was literally thrown out and humiliated for being in a wheelchair

This was NOT resolved. I have not heard anything from them.I have escalated it and filed a complaint with the ADA and spoken to an attorney

After fleeing a domestic violence situation my daughters booked me a room "handicap" room at Comfort inn and suites at Talavi in Glendale Arizona. A male friend of mine helped me take my stuff up to the room however while we were checking in the man could not find my reservation.( this same man had messed up the reservation three times resulting in multiple reservations.) When he could not find my reservation he looked at the gentlemen standing behind me and asked for his name. He was offended when I told him my friend's name was irrelevant as he would not be staying there and was simply helping me get settled. The man made yet another reservation and we were soon on our way up to the "handicap" room. As I went to roll into the elevator my wheel hit something and I started to fly out of the chair.( the elevator wasn't level with the floor and there was a tile that was sticking up from the rest. both issues caused the situation,) In and of itself this was no big deal. I did not complain however I did let the front desk know the next time I went down the next evening. I even told them I was not complaining and it isn't that big of a deal as I did not get hurt and my friend caught me in time) I thought it was a non-issue and they would just fix it. Boy was I wrong. A few days before this I had injured my back when my wheelchair flipped backward at home numerous times and my Doctor had ordered an x-ray to make sure my back was okay. Being a newer double amputee my doctor sends the Xray equipment to me. They happened to call to do the x-ray while I was in the hotel. NO big deal or so I thought. The x-ray equipment arrived about 10:30 am the following morning after I had told them about the elevator incident) As soon as the x-ray equipment left the hotel room at 11:20 am the manager was beating on my door. I was laughing on the phone with a friend and for the first time in months just relaxing. I opened the door and the manager informed me I had to leave as she had checked me out. I informed her that I was confused as my reservation was till Friday at 11 am not Thursday at 11 am. she was rude and hostile and again stated she had checked me out and I had to leave by 11 AM or she would call the police. At that point, I went into an anxiety attack and told her I didn' understand what was going on. what did I do. and that I needed to call my daughter so she could speak with her to see what was going on. She looked right at me waved her hand and said "I just feel like there is something really wrong with you and you need to go" I informed her that yes there was something really wrong with me as I had just fled a domestic violence situation which had me separated from my children at the moment, I had lost both my legs and now I had her standing here screaming at me telling me I had to go and I had done nothing wrong so yes there was something wrong with me"I had not left my room but one time and that was when I had informed them in passing about the elevator. My daughter called her to see what was going on and she told my daughter "I just don't think your mother is happy here. she complains about everything and everyone" this was not true I had simply told the 2nd man the one time I had come out of my room when we were chatting in passing about something I didn' think was a big deal but they might want to know about. My daughter hurried to the hotel to help me pack and I didn' even have time to put my legs on and they wouldn't give me time but to further humiliate me the manager had shut down the only elevator to the buildin. I called corporate office and they stayed on the phone hearing all the manager was doing. the corporate office said they would not only refund my money but also give me points toward a one night stay at one of their other properties.(which I have never used and will never use. I don,t even have an account to log in for it and I will never stay at another comfort inn if I could log in based on what happened next with corporate. My children moved me into a holiday inn express down the road which cost more money (awesome stressfree stay btw) so believing the situation had been resolved we waited for the refund. we even received an email confirming the refund.When the refund did not post to my account two weeks later I again called corporate who informed me sorry no refund we gave you points for free not stay which you accepted and redeemed. no, I did not accept nor redeemed. I was told I would need to contact the same abusive and humiliating manager if I wished to discuss the refund. (I had also been told by corporate originally that their behavior was unacceptable and the actual owner "Oliver" I believe they said would personally call me. I never receive that call either). It appears that after letting them know about the elevator then the X-ray machine showing up they probably assumed I was going to try to sue them so this is how they handled it. This was no big deal until they made it a big deal

Zen Like Products - Item never received. Gave me the run around then ignored my emails.

I ordered several items from Zen like products including a necklace for my daughter back on October 12th, 2016. I received the other items (which are of very cheap quality making them over priced) but I never received the necklace. I have sent a total of 27 emails about the necklace. At first I was told it can take 5-6 weeks to arrive. Once I pointed out that it had been well over 6 weeks they stopped responding. In February of 2017 I received an email apologizing for the delay in responding and asking if I needed any further assistance. When I let them know I had still not received the necklace nor a refund they never responded. It is now April 1st. I am a single mom with 5 kids and this necklace was for my daughters 18th birthday. They continue to ignore me. I have never received a refund. Zen like products is a complete scam and I am beyond disappointed.

Yes everyone now knows you do not give refunds nor do you ship the product.

Do not buy from this company. I bought items on Oct 11th for my daughters birthday and I still have not received them.I have sent numerous emails and all I get is oh the order was shipped separately and it can take up to 5 weeks. Once I pointed out it has been well past 5 weeks they stopped responding.I called my credit card company to report them for fraud and get my money back and my cc company gave me the phone number for them that is on my statement.When I called a woman answered with no business name and just said hello when I said I must have the wrong number and tried to verify the number she said no and hung up.I dialed the number again and there was no answer. I called my cc company back again and they verified the number I called is the same number this company provides on the statement. I am sure some people have a great experience with them since all scam artists know how to run a good scam. With Christmas coming up I advise everyone Do not order from these people please warn all your friends and family...
