OfferUp - Not receiving my refund for a canceled order

I ordered 3 sports cards for 156 dollars, and the time ran out for the seller to ship. You would think I would get my money back for a canceled order.....but no. I recorded the cards for another 156 dollars, assuming I would get my refund. VERY UPSETTING AngryAngry

User's recommendation: make sure the buyer is going to ship 9n time, offerup is VERY HARD to get ahold of, and fix problems.
