Chestnut Hills Dental - Extremly poor business office practice.
The billing of this practice is incompetent and arrogant. They refuse to acknowledge a mistake and will simply bill you even if it their mistake. They are impossible to deal . They are INCOMPETENT. I have insurance and was pre approved for a c town. I paid my portion. When they submitted the claim they did not include an X-ray. So the claim was rejected. No X-RAY. They are incapable of knowing how to bill the most insurance. They did not know to send in an X-ray to support a claim. I had to find that out. Then they billed me when I had to back for an X-ray. If they screw the claim they just bill the patient. They are incompetent. Incompetent incompetent incompetent incompetent
