Golden Technologies - I simply had a question had to go through all kinds of red tape in order to call I had to have a code sent to my phone this is the epitome of non-transparency I ordered the chair I get it on TQuestion

So I get the chair this coming Tuesday on the 11th I paid a little over $3,000 for it then I saw some of the reviews which started to scare me so I wanted to clear that up with Golden Technologies but you could not reach them I went through everything they told me to go through I got a code sent to my email and when I called the number I got a voicemail what a disappointment not sure whether I will keep or refuse the chair

Oh my, I just won't put down into print how many straight talk phones I have had to return back to Walmart this past couple weeks. I have had to purchase their most expensive phones to see if they could be activated and well...they couldn't. Too bad they had to be returned back as defective. Oh well, I'll keep trying!

Straight Talk Wireless - Incompetent customer service

The call center Couldn't activate the phone with my same number or use the month of service I had just purchased because they deleted my whole account. Very long story short, they said that they would give back the number "if" I purchase another month of service.

Well...obviously they couldn't activate the phone and I returned it to Walmart (they labeled it as defective) to be sent back to straight talk. Well I at this point have attempted to activate 28 straight talk phones, 12 of which are their most expensive phones. Going to other counties to find phones now because stores around here are running out. With the cost of gas I'm losing lots of money, at this point straight talk needs to reimburse me for my gas as well.

Off to Orlando today.er I am having the worst time activating the phones with the existing number and my paid months worth of minutes. I have had to return the phones to Walmart, they just label them as defective.

I guess one of these days I will find a straight talk phone that isn't defective and get my phone number and paid month's of service back.

Well, off to Walmart to try again...and again...and again. Do you get the picture straight talk?

Is is interesting how Walmart doesn't care if you return the phones within the 14 day return window, they just label them as defective and off they go back to straight talk.

Couldn't activate the straight talk phone I purchased through Walmart to replace the phone I broke. I attempted to activate it myself but couldn't so I contacted their call center.

Be careful of these phones. Have had to return 9 defective phones to Walmart in 3 days. Their own reps couldn't even activate the phones. Do I keep trying with new phones until I get one that isn't defective?

American Home Shield - 5 weeks no contact from ac

On July 22, 2021 we requested service on a number of items that need repaired in our home.

Our central AC stops working for a couple hours at a time causing our home temperature to rise into the low 90s where it then stays that temperature for most of the day because of it stopping all the time. At night the temperature stays in the high 80s until around 12am.

A technician from FLORIDA CONSTRUCTION AUTHORITY LLC, came out to assess the issue.

The technician stated that we need a new motor and the duct work needed repaired and or replaced.

A technician from rex appliances came out to access the appliances and said that he needed to order parts.

We have attempted 12 times to contact FLORIDA CONSTRUCTION AUTHORITY LLC and have only been able to leave voice-mails.

The same issue has been with rex appliances, they are not returning our numerous calls.

My mother is in hospice and dying in my house. We want my mother to die a normal death at home, not dying of heat exhaustion, struggling to breathe in the heat.

This totally unnecessary situation is now in its 5th week and you have yet to resolve the issue. You have left many voice-mails with the ac company and they haven't returned your calls. You have numerous voice-mails with the appliance company as well.

We would like you to provide a room air-conditioning unit so that my mothers last days alive will not be struggling to breathe in 90 degree heat inside the house.

Please respond back to me asap.

Your representatives have promised on many occasions to return our calls within 4 hours only to call back the next day around 24 hours later. They tell us that they had left a message with the contractor asking them to call back.

We need to get this issue resolved asap. Think of your own mothers, would you want her last days alive gasping for air in 90 degree heat?

Sorry but this isn't a story, its the truth.The same thing is happening with badoo. I did go up to the day before the trial period and called them. They are continually taking money out of my bank account without my approval.

I tried the site in its trial period and after a couple of hours realized the site was not for me. I immediately contacted the site and informed them I don't want to finish the trial and don't want them to bill me, they agreed. Well they are billing me for the 3rd straight month. I contacted them again, and they say that they will stop billing which they haven't. They also said that they will not refund the money at all. I am now faced with closing that bank account and going to a different bank because of this company stealing from me.
