Morgan And Morgan - Do not trust this cheesy tv law firm

Never trust a law firm which employs a bunch of ghetto girls as key decision-makers in their "intake" department. Call the Orlando office to hear the unprofessional and rude manner in which the receptionists answer the telephone. This firm needs to make some serious changes to its hiring practices in order to clean up their image. As a potential client, if you sound too intelligent and knowledgeable to the admins, the firm will not take your case. Apparently, using proper English and possessing the ability to spell common words is also challenge and limitation to the admin staff. While I fully support work for those with barriers to traditional employment, Morgan & Morgan should make some attempt to implement soft skills training for their front office admin staff.

Goldstein And Associates - Judy A. Goldstein, Mokena, poor professional ethics, lacks self control, disrespectful to clients

I had the displeasure of dealing with this woman and she is a very "nasty woman." Contrary to popular belief, being a nasty woman is only a valuable asset if you are a politician. Otherwise, you alienate potential clients and anyone else who might consider dealing with you. Judy needs to learn when to keep her mouth shut and keep her disparaging comments to herself. Going off, name calling, and accusing someone of something without any facts to support such allegations, is unprofessional and unethical. Perhaps it is time to retire. You're way to cynical for the practice of law and for handling the personal and emotional matters of people.

Larry Thomas Thomas Darling Sezgin Ayabakan, former assistant professor (current teaching at Temple University) Debra Stanley Kathleen (Kathy) Anderson Proceed with extreme caution, particularly if you are an African American woman. Currently, I am more than $30,000 in debt due to lynch mob Larry Thomas, Thomas Darling and Sezgin Ayabakan. Their unethical, hateful, deceitful, discriminatory behavior was made worse and supported by the university president who turned the other cheek and pretended that no harassment occurred. I strongly stress exercising sound judgement when deciding on a graduate program in public administration and steer clear of the University of Baltimore.

Picasso Pawn - Review in Luxury / Jewelry category from Raleigh, North Carolina

This place passes itself off as a high-end pawn shop which caters to wealthy people. However, this segment of the population would never deal with the low life *** who owns this business. Bill Dawson is a crude, nasty, man with a pit bull attitude. It does not matter that you are a good, long-time customer; you are treated with indignity and disrespect. I have been grossly lied to and deliberately misled and even reported Bill Dawson to the police for harassment after he repeated called me yelling and cursing. This occurred after I accused him of unethical behavior and unfair business practices. Beware and think twice before dealing with Picasso Pawn, particularly if you are a woman. The male employees as well as the company in general apply a double standard when it comes to gender and take advantage of women. I am going to let WRAL.com and the North Carolina Attorney General handle it.

National Health Enrollment Center - Robocalls have morphed into full blown harassment

I have had to contact a law firm concerning the harassment from the low-skilled, poorly-paid workers representing this company. These high school dropouts call me more than 10 times per day, use profanity at me, and breathe heavily into the phone as a stalker would. One black guy told me that my "breath stinks". This call was recorded on my cell phone. These calls are actually beyond harassing and I have been advised to contact the FBI while my attorney prepares my case. In addition, these calls surmount to thousands of dollars in damages under the TCPA and I never delete them from my cell phone because the call log is evidence. So, you felons keep calling me, please! I am using the money to pay for a cruise during Christmas while you sit at a cubicle for 8 hours wearing a headset.

Pro Wireless - Unethical and unfair business practices, defective products, lies, disrespect to customers

I would never again step foot in this store or conduct any form of business with these unethical people. Read the reviews carefully and you will be able to tell that the good ones were written by people with very poor English grammar. In other words, the employees and/or owners wrote them. My experience with this place was terrible and I am going to contact my bank to dispute the charge for the cell phone battery that I purchased. I went to this store looking for an OEM battery for my cell phone and the guy behind the counter stated that he could order one for me. I asked several times if the battery was in fact OEM, and he said yes. However, I did not see what was on the screen and now realize that he was lying. The battery cost a total of $19.99 and I was required to pay a $10 deposit. It took longer than he employee advised for the battery to arrive and I received no telephone call upon its arrival. Calling to inquire came with problems and a very bad attitude from an employee who could not locate my order and blamed me for their sloppy recordkeeping. I went onto the business website and posted a message concerning my bad encounter with the employee. After which time, a girl named Nicole responded, and was very apologetic. She also located the battery and informed me that I could pick it up. This was more than a week after it had been ordered and longer than was advised at time of order. The following day, I arrived at the store to pay the remaining balance for the battery purchase and the same employee who got a nasty attitude with me over the telephone tried to overcharge me for the battery. I stopped this fool dead in his tracks while a customer was in the store and blatantly accused him of misrepresentation and fraud. To make matters worse, the battery does not work. It must be either used or refurbished. My phone functions in the same manner as before purchasing a "new" battery. When I bought these overcharging and defective battery issues to Nicole's attention, I was completely ignored. She will not respond to my emails. Therefore, I will get my money back by disputing the charge with my bank. Buyer beware of this business. The reviews are bad for a reason. These people make their money from unethical and unfair business practices, defective and substandard products, as well as poor customer service and lack of respect for the customer. There are other places to get your phone fixed right here in Cary, NC and it is NOT Pro Wireless!

Blue Water Spa Raleigh Ripped Me Off

I went to Blue Water Spa for Coolsculpting on my upper arms (bat wings/triceps) because it was the cheapest price in town. Of course, we've all heard of buyer beware. Well, the experience at this spa with Coolsculpting on the upper arms is a perfect example of why cheaper is never better or more effective. Dr. Michael Law claimed on realself.com that Coolsculpting on the upper arms does not work because there is no device which the FDA has approved to use on this area of the body and the procedure on the upper arms is considered "off label". Off label means not officially approved. However, he allowed his staff to perform Coolsculpting on my upper anyway. What a fraud! This so-called doctor took my money with full knowledge that Coolsculpting on my upper arms would never work, and after seven months it has not. I don't care how many times having the procedure repeated using Coolsculpting, my arm fat will not be reduced through this method. Dr. Law and his staff of lying, stealing and cheating women obviously attended the Donald J. Trump School of Business and could care less about you. In fact, Blue Water Spa is one of less than a handful of medi spa's in the Triangle area performing Coolsculpting on the upper arms. Most places will not perform it due to its failure on this part of the body. What is most striking is that the majority of these spas has the moral compass and professional responsibility to let potential clients know upfront. Michael Law is a snake! Watch out before you get bit and do not go to Blue Water Spa for Coolsculpting on the upper arms. It is NOT going to work! Stay tuned to more posts about my experience before, during and after Blue Water Spa. These people refuse to do the right thing and how could I expect them to do so? Doing the right thing is for good people with values and a high moral compass. It is not part of the business model for Blue Water Spa, however a deliberate attempt to defraud anyone *** enough to walk in the door asking for Coolsculpting on the upper arms.

Sporting Smiles - Donald Trump attitude and ethics, false a

The good Google reviews of this business must be fake, just like fake news has permeated the news media industry. Any business can hire a firm to create fake (good) reviews. Copy and paste, http://www.cracked.com/personal-experiences-2376-i-get-paid-to-write-fake-reviews-amazon.html and discover for yourself. Some companies even pay their employees bonuses to write fake reviews for their businesses. I believe that this is the case with Sporting Smiles. When my teeth whitening kit arrived, I applied the molds to both the upper and lower row. I followed the instructions per the Sporting Smiles Youtube.com video, took the prepaid package to the post office to be mailed and waited. I expected to receive notification that my molds had arrived in their office, but did not. However, after approximately one week, I contacted the company to find out if my molds had arrived and was told yes. It took three weeks for the trays to come back to me. Upon receipt of the trays, washing them and placing into my mouth, I immediately noticed that I had received two sets of the upper trays and no tray for the lower teeth. Subsequently, I contacted the company to bring this error to their attention and was met with a very unprofessional, unapologetic and unforgiving person. This individual insisted that I sent in two molds of only my upper teeth and even sent me a photo of my molds. When I looked at the photo, it revealed a mold for each row of teeth!!! I do not understand how a person who works with teeth all day could confuse the shape of someone's teeth and then have the nerve to try to convince one that he or she did not know the shape of their own teeth. First, who needs two teeth whitening molds for their upper teeth and none for their lower teeth? Secondly, I have had my teeth for 50 years and know them better than some nasty attitude fool in Wisconsin. Again, who whitens only their upper row of teeth and why would a company who specializes in dental products make such a simple mistake and refuse to take responsibility for it? This is insane, and the response from Sporting Smiles was reprehensible. I was told, "you need to call and talk to Evan." The professional way to have responded was with a suggestion, and not a scolding. For example, I am very sorry for the error. Please call our office and ask to speak with the manager. I am sure that this will get corrected as soon as possible. I apologize for any inconvenience that the mistake may have caused you. Rather than the company reaching out to me, I have to keep calling and calling and calling until an employee decides to answer the telephone. Who knows when that will be. Meanwhile, I am stuck with a product that is useless to me. UPDATE: I was able to speak with Evan who refused to admit that his staff made a mistake, questioned whether or not I sent in molds for both the upper and lower set of teeth and accused me of having been "anxious" while constructing the molds. Seriously! Evan will not refund my money; therefore, I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General in my state in order to get my money back from this crook. I am also contacting a consumer reporter in my city to expose this company's false and deceptive trade practices.

I ordered a retainer for my top teeth from sporting smiles and I love it fit my teeth good and keep them together. If I ever need a retainer again I will order from there and this not a paid review

University Of Baltimore Teacher Review

While enrolled as an online graduate student, I experienced one of the worst forms of discrimination, retaliation, and freedom of speech and religion violations. I was eventually ousted from the Master of Public Administration program. I took out more than $30,000 in student loans to attend that school and because I criticized Thomas Darling and Larry Thomas, I failed the Capstone course by .50 point. As a result of a letter, I also failed a basic technology course taught by a new professor named Sezgin Ayabakan. He too was part of the conspiracy to force me out of the MPA program, and it worked. Sezgin can only call himself a professor because his Ph.D. was confirmed by the University of Texas. However, he is no instructor. This *** refused to grade all of my assignments (I have screenshots of the submitted assignments), accused me of failing to turn in work and on time (I also have screenshots of the assignments which were submitted on time) and teamed up with two other Thomas Darling and Larry Thomas to fail me. These devils think that they have gotten away with ruining my life. However, time will tell and I will be around to watch the chips fall. After two years of complaints to various state and federal agencies, speaking with numerous lawyers begging them to take my case and blogging about my experience, I have come to agree with the *** who ruined both my academic and professional future. I do not deserve a master's degree from UB because I deserve better. I left that school with a 3.4 grade point average and rightfully earned more than 33 credit hours in the MPA program. Now, I am starting over at another university. A better university; one where women and minorities are treated with decency, respect, and fairness. A university where faculty members are held accountable for their actions and do not behave in hateful, sickening, and disgusting ways. Following my final semester at UB and upon learning that I had failed both courses attempted, I did what any student would have done. I contacted the University Dean's office for assistance and guidance with filing a formal grievance against my oppressors. Kathy Anderson, Dean of Students refused to allow me access to her office for a sit down meeting. This is a violation of federal law under Title VI. My rights were further violated when the dean of the School of Public & International Affairs appointed Debra Stanley to oversee the complaint and grievance process. In the end, my complaint and grievance were never reviewed by anyone at the university. I have Debra Stanley to thank for this elaborate cover up. She lied and claimed to have never received my complaint and grievance although I sent them via email. Email does not lie, however professors at the University of Baltimore do very well, and even to federal officials. Time will tell.
