Adore Me - Charges without product

RI did finally get a refund from several months ago on the correct account . The packages have not been coming in but we are charged for them .

Adore Me - You are sending my packages to wrong address

I was told package would be delivered today before 1:30. The online said it was delivered. I have looked, my family has looked. We have cameras on the gate, nothing today. This is a problem . Please fix this , Katelyn Ingram

Indeed, delays are highly regrettable, especially that this is not the kind of service that we aim for. However, please note that we only provide an estimated delivery date for orders. Even though we do our best to ensure that we provide 1-2 business day processing time and 3 to 7 business day delivery, there are isolated occurrences when despite our best efforts, orders can be delayed due to external factors beyond our control.
