Verified ReviewerFreer Tool and Supply - Ordered A black Hardened Welding table with no brand and Received a Silver Yahanda Table
Purchased a welding table from Freer off eBay via email. All their images show black hardened tables and their listing states the freer logo they show in every image is for "branding and visual purposes ships unbranded" Their tables do not ship unbranded they pass off Yahanda tables as their own. They are not black they are silver. They are not hardened to the same quality as Bluco or Siegmund table a John the CEO states. Siegmund and Bluco are German made tables they will last forever they are Chinese like Yahanda or Tip-Top. I have had a Siegmund table for 2.5 years I can take a piece of steel that is bent and beat it flat on this table without causing a dent or mark. Wish I could say the same for Freer's welding tables. Also ordered some large square arm tools they are not 90 degrees any part you weld off these will be out of square. I do not recommend Freer tools welding table or tools. They will not accept refund me for their miss represented items. They want a 25% restocking fee plus me shipping it back on top of what I paid to ship it to myself and if there is any damage they will discount my refund further. See images of other brand tables they are black and freer advertises that theirs are black too but they are not.
Loss:
$8200
Cons:
- Charge 25 percent plus return on wrong item received
- Miss represent their products
- Wont own up to their mistakes
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: If purchasing out of state make an appointment to travel and see the item in person don't trust what they have online.
