looks like thor is not welling to help had to go back to the shop again this time the sider is out of alinement. a year later and we have only had it about a month. today is 8/28/2017.

take back to camping world to get it fix, drop it off on may 11 2017 this is july 20 and still have it. called thor and sent a email giving them information on how long our motor home has been in the shop so far we have had it a year and it has been in the shop 258 days, ask when we would hear they said 2 to 3 weeks, we will see they are very good at lying.

Leaving on a trip the slider stopped working again hot water stopped working and no heat it is now for sale. We have only owned the thing 9 months we are 2000 miles from home and could not find anyone to fix it.

We are going to stop everything . And head for home.

Don't buy one these. They will make your life a nightmare

now the furnace what out ,no heat in the motorhome. we just got it back from the shop.

found a another water leak.

was on able to use it again. going on 8 months in the shop.

Just when I thought everything was done back to shop now the slider Quit working, and to top it off skylight started leaking, they make junk. spent too much money this company's quality is horrible. If you are thinking about buying a Thor product take my advice don't.

just found out thor lied me again said was getting the part. but dealer called and said that thor has not sent it yet? and doesn't when they well have it

after buying our motorhome we found a lot of things wrong with it. it took 7 months waiting on parts to get it fix two of things where toilet was in the wrong place velcro was missing for the privacy curtain. a drawer was broken . we were only able to use it one time. because of the toilet not being right we could not use it. they sent the wrong parts took up to a month to get very bad customer service. the dealer could not get nothing done because they could not get parts in timely manor. more people should start reviewing thor .

This is June and still in the shop is there a class action suit. There should be.

this is almost the 1st of march nothing. time to get a lawyer stay tuned.

be careful if do business with these people they will lie to our face. they are very good at it. customer service doesn't exist. our for that matter service in general. WE got a new motorhome we were told that we would get seat cushions for the front seats of the motorhome. we never got them. it took months to get everything done on the motorhome and still we did not get cushions. we were lied too every time we talk to them I well never do business with them again. there are still trying to the things that should done months ago. we are on month number 4
