KZ Recreational Vehicles - Multiple problems with 5th wheel

Contacted customer service at KZ today by e-mail.-9-29-20.let them know I contacted pissed customer and next action would be attorney general.

I bought a KZ Durango in 2018. Have had a long list of problems with the unit since purchase including refridgerator, awnings, slide-outs, holding tank sensors, speakers, charger plug-ins, recliners, water heater, leveling system, etc.-The list goes on and on. The warranty is basically worthless, as I can not get a response from KZ most of the time, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, and do not follow through with promises they make when I do contact them unless I continue to make numerous requests. I bought an additional 3 year warranty which is useless. The dealer I bought the unit from quit selling KZ RVs because they said KZ denies all warranty claims. My fifth wheel has been in the shop half of the two years I have owned it, and I have only used it on three trips. I paid over $50,000 for a piece of junk. Steve Lawson
