I have questions I need to talk to customer service, bot some *** automated, robot order portal. I have called 4 different phone numbers and get nothing but the same aggravating, pre-recorded sales message.
Cons:
- All cons
- Trying to get a live customer service rep
- Cannot reach a real person
Preferred solution: Speak to a real human being
User's recommendation: don't order anything until you get all your questions answered by a real human being.

*** I'm not buying a *** thing til I speak, actually SPEAK, to a real person, and not type back and forth and back and forth and back and forth and back and forth with some *** in a third world country. Very shady outfit y'all got there.
