I placed an order for 2 fountain pumps. They sent me an email that my order was being processed but my card would not be charged until the items shipped. The website still says that the order is still being processed but not sent. I was charged on 8/12/2020. This was NOT the authorization that the company claims. This was an actual charge. They do not answer emails. They do not answer the contact form. They do not answer the phone. The Yelp page doesn't work. I have filed a complaint and refund with charge card. After I filed the complaint, there was a flurry of activity from them. First they said in an email that the item had been discontinued (then I should not have been charged) and I would be refunded (hmm). Then a few moments later, they sent another email WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORY. This stated that the item was merely delayed. They can't even get their story straight. Remember NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNTIL I FILED A DISPUTE WITH CAPITAL ONE. Then they couldn't respond fast enough. Too bad they can't be trusted. If the item had been delayed or discontinued, it was their duty to notify me. THEIR POLICY STATES THAT THE CARD IS NOT CHARGED UNTIL ACTUAL SHIPMENT. LIE! LIE! LIE! Tractor Supply - Extremely long wait times for curbside pickup

I have been a customer for years. I belong to their frequent customer rewards program.

For the past year, I have had difficulty locating products. The inventory online and what's in the store vary widely. This started long before the pandemic but got much worse after. I spend between $100-300/month.

I was thrilled when they offered curbside pickup.

I am high risk and do not shop in stores.

First I encountered a 25 minutes wait at the 1st store on a non-busy day. Others came and went and I still sat there in the designated area. No one exited with more product.

I complained and switched to another store. I sat 30 minutes and still no one.

Went into the store to complain. They were just standing around, talking and laughing. They claimed to not know that I was waiting in the parking lot. I had to load my own vehicle so NOT CURBSIDE PICKUP.

I wrote a negative comment on FB and the manager of a third store said that what I had experienced was completely unacceptable and would never happen at his store. It did and it was WORSE!!!!!!

At the third store, I was waiting for 30 minutes and still nothing. I saw people arrive, saw employees carry their ONE product to their car and still nothing for me. I called the online customer service number.

That employee called the store to complain. Once again they said they had no idea I was out there. Really? I called.

You walked by me multiple times.

I have since found all my product at Walmart, Amazon or a local feed store.

Three months at three different stores but the exact same experience.

Each time I finally was helped only because I went to complain. How long would I have sat in the designated area if I hadn't?

Curbside pickup is good when I do not have time to go inside a store location to shop. I would advise store locations (1) to do a better job enforcing parking spaces dedicated to curbside pickup customers, and (2) get orders out in a timely manner.

Motorists decide to disregard related signage and park in designated curbside pickup spaces for normal parking. If you are not using curbside pickup, do not park in the designated curbside pickup parking spaces.

Curbside pickup orders should be out within one or two minutes, not 10 to 30 minutes. If a Team Member responsible for bringing out curbside pickup orders in a timely manner, he or she needs to be removed from that assignment.

Mercari - Charged but never shipped

I ordered a creamer on 6/29/20 and the merchant had 3 days to ship the item. The merchant - Virtual Thrifting of Saylorsburg, PA was NOT to charge me until the item actually shipped. They printed a shipping label, charged me and never shipped. I tried contacting them multiple times and they never responded. Mercari agreed to cancel the order but there is no option to refund since I was never to be charged until it shipped. I had to file a fraud dispute with Bank of America which was honored. The company had good reviews. It wasn't until I went to Twitter where I encountered numerous people not receiving orders, refunds or payments. Customer service at this company and dispute resolution is SO BAD. Number they give is for California Bureau of ATF!!!!!! Not their phone number. The ATF had to give me a working phone number because they get so many calls.

Don't even think of blaming Covid19. The 800 number on their website doesn't work. Live chat doesn't work. THE CONTACT US FORM ON THEIR WEBSITE doesn't work. I called the non 800 number. That means I'm paying for the call. I have been on hold for an hour and a half. "We wll be with you SHORTLY." I can have them call me back but at this point, I don't trust this company at all and will NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT!!!!!!!

I ordered a green sofa slipcover. There was one for the same price on Walmart but I ordered here. I waited some time before I got a shipping notification. It said a white one was being shipped. I tried calling and got no response. I emailed numerous times before I got a response. They apologized and said a green one would be shipped instead. I waited 2 1/2 months. It disappeared from all tracking. What finally did arrive was not a green sofa slipcover but for white pillowcases. The company did offer a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

PayPal - Claimed denied

I was a victim of fraud by a company using PayPal. I opened a case. Even though the seller was in the United States, PayPal said that I had to send the item back to the manufacturer in China. They did not specify a particular shipping method but I did have to provide proof that I had sent it and a tracking number. I went to the Post Office. The PO said that the customs number provided tracking so I took pictures of everything to have proof. PayPal then told me that I had USED THE WRONG SHIPPING SERVICE and my claim was denied. If they wanted me to use a particular service, it needs to be stated upfront. Be honest. I have since closed my PayPal account and will never use them again.

Collections Etc - Rip off

The company has made no attempt at communication. I asked to be removed from mailings but continue to get them.

I have since ordered elsewhere numerous items that I would have bought from this company.

They lost a good customer. Their loss for being jerks.

I have been a loyal customer for YEARS and that ended today. I ordered 7 pairs of leggings and imagine my surprise that in the catalog with the shipment, THEY WERE ON SALE. Customer service refused to honor the difference. THEY LOST ME FOR $16.24!!!!!!!!!

I emailed the president of AT&T and I continued to complain and complain. Eventually they sent yet another tech who replaced the gateway box.

He said he had never seen such advanced problems as what I had here. I don’t know if it’s fixed but it does seem to be better.

I did finally get a credit for the extender boxes which were installed without my permission or knowledge that I was being billed for them. They also gave me an additional credit for all of my many problems with my service.

I got service over a year ago. Since then, I have had widely varying speeds and complete loss. The lights on the ONT and the router do not change but I receive error messages that I am no longer connected to the internet. This is happening on multiple devices on both wifi and ethernet. They run tests and say that I have problems and then a technician shows up (the last one was chewing tobacco and spitting into a dip bottle) who admit there are problems but they don't know how to fix it and they leave. This has happened for OVER A YEAR.

So I bought a turkey with my BiLo card. The price tag says $7.03 with card. Then at checkout I paid the full price. I should have walked out. She said that wasn’t the price. It had “qualifiers.” I had to buy $30 in GROCERIES and not all the items in my cart were considered GROCERIES. The price marked should be the price charged.

The company says it is in Canada. It is in Singapore. The products fit the description of counterfeits so I contacted Frontline Flea in the US. The products were produced for sale in Africa. They may or may not be real but it is definitely ILLEGAL TO SELL THESE PRODUCTS IN THE US. Frontline said to NEVER PUT THESE PRODUCTS ON MY PETS. Frontline will send approved US products, free of charge, ONCE to you.
