comment to review: bad customer support

I just came across this while trying to get to our site. I am the customer support person at ArcSite.
I am sorry to hear about this experience. I would loved to have helped you with this. As far as I know there has been no one who spoke with me about losing their data other than one person who mentioned 5 hours of work lost. But when I contacted them for other reasons, they had already deleted the app so there was nothing I could do to troubleshoot the issue.
I know this is way late, but I do want to make sure that this does not stay out here unanswered.
