Don't waste $$ on purchasing a fitbit!

I had the same exact problem with the fitbit. It is so cheaply made. I have had two break and sent new ones to me....only to have the third one break and now they won't send me another to replace it because the warranty is over. If they stand behind the product, then the warranty should be longer than a year. I will never replace mine with another fitbit, and I would suggest to anyone reading this not to either. They did offer a 25% discount on a new one...but why waste my $$ if it will just break again!

my wife has it she does not like it so i bought a garmin its a bit more expensive but so much better and has more features and is worth it
