Service on new rpod every year at authorized dealer Long View with major warranty repairs. Bought 2018 serviced 2019,2020 repairs covered by rpod/forest river after 1yr warranty period. Warranty Forever was canceled by dealer due to no yearly inspection that I was not made aware of.

User's recommendation: Don't believe warranty Forever.

Purchased Rpod at Longview in Connecticut 1 1/2 hours from home got it serviced there every fall purchased 2018 serviced 2018, 2019, 2020. At 2020 service I was told warranty is void for lack of yearly inspection. I have all service records. Major warranty work was covered after negotiations with rpod.

User's recommendation: Don't be fooled bogus insurance.

Warranty Forever - Scam company

Bought camperno with supposed "Warranty Forever" small print says if you do not pay a dealer $150 per year for special inspection it is void. Had camper serviced each year with all recommended services. Dealer service never recommended completing this inspection. Then when work was needed canceled.

User's recommendation: Don't be fooled its not covered. No notice.

RPOD 2018 Plumbing, propane water heater, wall buckled, door bent, awning doesn't lock out, now power converter requires replacing. Very poor quality manufactured product. Regret purchasing.DiD. All fixed now company made good on mfg problems. Good company.
