Hi Travel2Be, Thanks for replying me. I have email and called your Customer Service through the email address provided on 12 Jan 2022 and gotten a Reference Number of 466****. However, it is been 7 days and I am still did not get a reply from any of your Specialized Agent. Could you please get 1 of them to get in touch with me as Qatar have agreed to refund the amount but I would just need to get Travel2Be to get the refund process settled since I brought the ticket from Travel2Be.
